本政策適用於 地產牌考試題庫，由獨立開發者 Keila 提供。私隱聯絡：keilamchan124@gmail.com。
1. App 內資料及帳戶
本 App 毋須建立開發者帳戶，亦不要求姓名、住址、電話、聯絡人、相片、麥克風或精確定位。答題紀錄、錯題、練習進度、設定及已解鎖權益主要儲存於裝置。系統備份如有啟用，可能由你的裝置／平台帳戶管理；本 App 不提供自有雲端進度同步。
2. 分析及診斷
本 App 使用 Google Firebase Analytics 處理 App 互動及使用事件、裝置／App 版本資訊、App 執行個體及廣告識別碼（視平台設定而定），亦可能從 IP 推算粗略位置，用作分析功能使用情況及改善服務。這些資料可能有識別碼關聯，並非所有資料均完全匿名。Firebase Crashlytics 亦處理崩潰堆疊、相關應用狀態、裝置資料及安裝識別碼，用作診斷及修正錯誤。
3. 廣告及選擇
Google AdMob／Google Mobile Ads SDK 可收集及分享 IP 地址（可推算粗略位置）、廣告及 App 互動、診斷資料、廣告識別碼及 App set ID，用作提供及衡量廣告、分析和防止欺詐。非個人化廣告仍可能處理上述部分資料。需要時，Google User Messaging Platform 會提供同意表；當 Google 要求顯示私隱選項時，可在 App 的廣告私隱設定更新選擇。你亦可在系統設定管理廣告識別碼及適用的追蹤權限。
當你使用線上翻譯，App 會把內置題目及解析文字傳送至 Google 翻譯服務，網絡請求亦會帶有 IP 等連線資料。這項功能需要網絡，翻譯結果可能有誤。
4. 付款及還原
內購由 Google Play 或適用的平台商店處理。App 會接收商品識別碼、交易狀態及購買驗證資料，以解鎖、完成及還原權益；分析 SDK 亦可能記錄內購事件。開發者不接收你的完整信用卡號碼或付款密碼。商店訂單及退款紀錄由相應平台保留。可還原項目以商店及商品類型為準；已消耗的金幣等消耗品一般不會透過還原購買取回。
5. 分享、傳輸及保安
上述服務由 Google 及其適用的處理商提供，資料可能在你所在地区以外處理。廣告資料可由 Google 及其廣告服務相關合作方處理；Firebase 資料按 Google 的服務條款及已啟用的整合處理。Google SDK 的相關網絡傳輸使用加密；裝置內資料亦受作業系統的應用沙盒保護。開發者沒有自設接收題目答案或進度的伺服器。
6. 保留及刪除
裝置內資料會保留至你清除 App 資料、使用 App 提供的重設功能（如有）或移除 App；平台備份及商店購買紀錄可能仍保留。Google 分析、診斷及廣告資料按各服務的保留設定、處理目的及政策保留，清除本機資料不會自動刪除已傳送至 Google 的資料。你可聯絡上述電郵提出存取或刪除查詢；我們會在可識別及可控制的資料範圍內處理，並在適用時指引你向 Google 或商店提出請求。請勿寄送付款密碼、完整卡號或身分證。沒有自有 App 帳戶，因此沒有自有帳戶刪除流程。
7. 年齡、用途及更新
本 App 並非特別為 13 歲以下兒童設計。本 App 為獨立練習工具，並非地產代理監管局、VTC 或 PEAK 官方產品，亦未獲認可。10 題／20 分鐘限時練習並非官方完整考試。法例、稅率及按揭措施以主管機構最新公布為準。政策變更會在此頁公布並更新日期。

Local data and accounts
No developer account is required. We do not request your name, address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone or precise location. Progress, practice records or game balances, settings and unlocked entitlements are primarily stored on your device. Platform backups may apply if enabled; we do not operate our own cloud progress service.
Analytics, diagnostics and ads
Firebase Analytics processes app interactions and usage events, device/app information, app-instance identifiers and advertising identifiers where available. IP addresses may be used to derive approximate location. These data support product analytics and improvement and are not necessarily anonymous. Firebase Crashlytics also processes crash stack traces, relevant app state, device metadata and installation identifiers for diagnosing failures.
Google AdMob/Mobile Ads can collect and share IP addresses, app/ad interactions, diagnostics and device/account identifiers such as advertising ID and app set ID for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads may still process some of these data. UMP presents consent choices where required. The app offers advertising privacy options when required by Google. You can also manage advertising identifiers and applicable tracking permissions in system settings.
When you use online translation, built-in question/explanation text is sent to Google translation services together with connection information such as IP address. Internet access is required and translations may be inaccurate.
Purchases
The platform store handles payments. The app receives product identifiers, transaction status and purchase verification data to unlock, complete and restore entitlements. Analytics may record purchase events. We do not receive full card numbers or payment passwords. Store orders/refunds are retained by the store. Restoration depends on product type; consumed currency is generally not restored through Restore Purchases.
Recipients, security, retention and deletion
Google and applicable service providers process the data described above, potentially outside your country. Advertising data may be processed by relevant advertising partners; Firebase data are handled under Google's service terms and enabled integrations. Relevant Google SDK network transfers are encrypted. Local app data are protected by the operating-system sandbox. We do not operate a server receiving your quiz answers or progress.
Local data remain until app reset (where provided), clearing app data or uninstalling. Platform backups and store purchase records may remain. Google analytics, diagnostics and advertising data are retained according to service configurations, purposes and policies; local deletion does not automatically delete previously transmitted data. Contact us for access/deletion queries within our ability to identify and control data; we can direct you to Google or the store where appropriate. Do not send payment passwords, full card numbers or identity documents. There is no developer account to delete.
The app is not specifically designed for children under 13. Policy updates are published here with a revised date.
